HERE IS HOW WE'LL DO IT:
Week 1 - Defining a clear vision
Up until now, you've been doing your best to address this part of your life based on what you've heard, what you've seen, you've tried the latest fads, etc. But it doesn't seem to work for you. In this program, we are going to refine your vision and map out exactly the steps to success. Lacking clarity or skipping steps, you will get off the rails and give up. Do this part right and you can truly approach the issue from a completely new perspective that will make achieving that goal a walk in the park.
Week 2 - Creating momentum now
Once you have established a clear vision, we're going to get you moving forward right off the start, and you will experience what it is like to create real momentum in areas of your life where you've felt stuck until now. You will be supported by me and the group. You will ride the energy of like-minded souls who are also showing up for themselves in a big way and creating change.
Week 3 - The Art of manifesting
You've probably been on the visualization & law of attraction train before, but it's taken you so far... right? You will learn why it hasn't helped you until now and the ways to actually make the art of manifestation work for you and become a match for what you're creating.
Week 4 - Clearing the resistance & the obstacles
As you uplevel into new ways of being, you will inevitably come across inner and outer obstacles. This is a very natural occurrence in the transformation process. During this part of the program, you will adopt new tools to become familiar with the inner obstacles that have been holding you back until now and how to clear these patterns to create real change in your life.
Week 5 - The Art of staying in the zone
Cultivating your zone of genius is crucial to help you maximize your chances to stay in the momentum you're creating in this program and to stay laser-focused on your vision. You will learn what your zone of genius is, how to develop it and how to leverage it with confidence and ease.
Week 6 - Courage to rise
Moving past your limitations, being in your zone of genius, and creating real momentum are great. Now you need to anchor in this new way of being. This is where we are going to add a layer of courage and confidence that will make you unstoppable beyond the program!

Before starting the Courage to Rise program, I kept waiting for the right time and the motivation to break through my barriers around writing everyday. During the course of the program I was introduced to the concepts of being our own parental figure and harnessing activation energy.

Overcoming writer's block and writing every day
Blasting old beliefs and experiencing major shifts
Since I've been working with Stephanie, I feel that I have been able to work through some very deep, old beliefs, and bring them up to the surface in order to let them shift into something I truly believe now. I have had major shifts happen during our time together that have helped me navigate some really challenging changes in my life.
RESETTING HABITS AND GETTING THINGS DONE WITH PEACE AND CLARITY
Before the Courage to Rise program, I was stuck in various areas where I've seen myself make improvements before, and struggling with making long-term goals to help guide my motivation/focus
During the program, I was able to transition into action on a variety of things including the use of task mgmt tools, starting to organize projects and think about things big picture (not getting so stuck in the details), and getting a lot of to-do's done. I started finding sustained momentum to keep focusing on staying organized, activated, and motivated.
After the program, I've had a few noticeable shifts. For starters, I'm going into resetting habits for myself and getting things done with the peace and clarity I was missing before. Something has clicked into place that makes the work I'm doing now feel more fluid and restorative, versus having a tone of forced improvement.
As someone who's done a lot of self-care/recovery work, another big shift I've noticed is acceptance and assuredness around my wellness journey, including where I've been and where I'm going with self-care and personal growth. Stephanie pulled together a lot of core concepts I've picked up in my recovery work plus therapy and personal studies, meditation, workshops, etc. I have a better big-picture view of how it all ties together, and she puts more warmth and softness into it which I really needed personally. I definitely leveled up balancing being gentle with myself while encouraging myself to improve, and am experiencing a massive positive change due to this.
